Project: Age UK Community Centre
The Community Centre forms a central part of Hurst Place, a new development purpose-designed for Senior Living. The Centre boasts a large café and dining space, a commercial kitchen, therapy room for beauty treatments and holistic massage, several multi-purpose activity rooms that used often used as a fitness studio and for arts and crafts. The visually striking building is designed to be highly efficient, with heating and hot water provided solely by heat pumps.

A Visitor Centre created to help explain the area, its history, wildlife, archaeology and geology to visitors

This community focussed facility provides space for toddler groups, dance classes, scout meetings and a café area.
